Vicki Harrison joins us as Head of Service Delivery and has over 20 years’ experience in the industry and will be driving forward the Service Delivery function.
We’ve welcomed back some familiar faces, too. Edd Davies re-joins us as Enterprise Director and Farhan Razzak as the Technical Director, after a couple of years away. Both are hugely experienced in the industry and in their respective areas of expertise.
Farhan is a passionate technologist who strives tirelessly to enhance customer experience. Hands-on with solving complex business and technical issues, a people person and able to lead and develop effective technical teams.
Edd is passionate about creating a culture of ‘exceptional customer experience, every time’, committed to addressing the challenges faced by partners and their customers, and helping them achieve their strategic objectives through technology.
